Warm-up

Wall sit indian file relay

1 – 20m Bear crawl

2 – 20m Broad Jumps

3 – 20m Crab crawl

4 – Spiderman crawl

*athlete 1 hold wall sit while 2 completes movement then they switch, once it comes back to athlete 1 you move onto the next movement in the same fashion.

Caveman

Teams of 2

300m Tyre push relay (50meach rotation)

into

80 Calo on AAB

60 Goblet Squats 24/16

40 Tyre flips

20m Wheel barrow (each) / sub for crab crawl if needed

* max burpee to be completed with remaining time.
