400m run then

2 rounds of

8 wall balls

5 burpees

6 walking push ups

10 air squats

Metcon

team of 5………..3 rounds for time

station 1…. 400m row /800m airdyne

station 2 ….60m sled push

station 3…. 15 to 20 pull ups

station 4….20 wall balls

station 5 …..15 toes through rings

…After every round team must complete 5 burpees each
