station 1. 15/20 calories on airdyne

station 2 . 20 wall balls

station 3. 15 dumbbell shoulder to over head( 10/15kgs)

station 4 . 18 toes through rings

@ the end of every round complete a 300m person carry as a team, one person only has to be carried per team.
