Warm-up

team warm up Indian file

200m run

30 skips

10 wall balls

5 elephant push ups

2x rounds through each person in the team

When person A is back from there run person b then goes ect….

Metcon

team of 4 Circuit.

3 Rounds

Station 1. 400m sprint

Station 2 . 8 db burpee to overhead

Station 3. 10 Burpee box jump overs

Station 4 . 8 Burpee to pull up

After each round team must complete a 100m tyre push as a team sharing it how ever u like
