150 cals assualt bike

150 box jump over

150 deadball slams

150 cals rower

Switching every 15 cals and every 15 reps 🙂

If completed within 30 mins

both athletes will be working through as many syncro burpees until 30 mins is up 🙂 have fun guys do it with a smile on your face also
