CrossFit SPEED – Breaking Point Endurance

Warm-up

3 rounds of

100m run

10 push ups

5 jump squats

10 broom stick thrusters

Metcon

team circuit 5 per team

3 Rounds for time ( 35 min cap )

station 1 60m sled push

station 2 15 pull ups

Station 3 18 wall balls

Station 4 10 Lunge Lunge burpee

Station 5 20 Kb high pulls

Once completed all three rounds as a team u will then all complete a 1km run to finish
