CrossFit SPEED – Breaking Point Endurance

30min: Metcon (Time)

Teams of 5 ———3 rounds

Station 1- 400m row

Station 2 – 20m sandbag crab crawl + 10 HRPU

Station 3 -12 deadball squats +15m deadball carry

Station 4 – 12 pull ups + 10 box jump overs

Station 5 – 18 sandbag front rack lunges + 2 wall walks

After every round complete a 300m object run, everyone must have a object and have it in all runs 🙂
