CrossFit SPEED – Breaking Point Endurance

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Team of 4

Pair 1 and 2 will be working through 7 mins as many rounds as possible of

100m sprint

5 burpees

10 deadlifts

5 pull ups

Pair 3 and 4 will be working through 7 min amrap of

200m row sprint

5 burpees

15 goblet squats

5 push ups

ONCE THE 7 MINS IS UP THERE WILL BE A 2 MIN REST THEN PAIRS WILL SWITCH AMRAPS .

then teams will all be working through together

200 wall balls

2 people working through wall balls, other athletes are holding bridge

then will finish with a 800m wall ball run one person has to have a turn of running with the wall ball.
