CrossFit SPEED – Breaking Point Endurance

In teams of 3

As a team u must complete 1776 reps of all movements in any order u like two athletes can be working at the same time, But everyone must work together on same movement, u cannot complete more than 200 reps per movement and u have to at least complete 10 reps on each movement.
