The TOUGHSPOT is a training centre that implements the toughest training methods and techniques around; not the latest fads, just stuff that works and produces results. We utilise equipment, exercises and training methods that you do not see in the traditional gym. For example, ropes, monkey bars, vertical rope, slosh pipes, sand bags, tyres, sledge hammers, harnesses with resistance, kegs, jerry cans, tornado balls and so on.
We're all about being natural and doing what comes natural; grunting, groaning, sweating and working really hard - not worrying about what the person next to you thinks.
We work with people of all shapes and sizes, as long as they are mentally ready to push themselves and be pushed. We work with over weight people, athletes, fighters, clearance divers, fireman, police, army and the everyday person that is sick of not getting the push they need to bring out their best.
The TOUGHSPOT training centre is run by Executive Results, who have been in business since 2004, and Breaking Point, who have been in business since 2007. The trainers at the centre have been certified as a Caveman Training Trainer which is one of the hardest training methods out in Australia.
Besides the training centre itself, both businesses also run fitness programs throughout Brisbane, including Personal Training, Boot Camps and Self Defense and much more.
