The difference between Breaking Point and other fitness organisations is that you don't repeat the same routine each week. The exercises are rotated which helps keep the interest and excitement alive for the next week (and the week after that, and the week after that!).

Darren is a great trainer, pushing to you achieve your best but not in the same way you see others going about it. He's truly motivational without all the yelling and hype. He can tell if you've got another 1 or 20 reps left in you. Lets face it, you don't pay to sit down and relax but you also don't pay to be yelled at and abused!

The best thing about Breaking Point has been the team development throughout the past 8 weeks. I now have a new circle of friends all with the same goals. We regularly talk about our training and it helps keep the focus on the life change you need to loose weight and keep fit. But lets face it, I've now got some great new friends.

Darren also helps with your lifestyle change as well. It's not just about the training session. A trainer who cares about you during the week not just at the training session, you can't buy that kind of commitment. It's something you either have as a person or don't. Darren has been able to help not just myself but all of the people in the group through the odd email or phone conversation. Also his flexibility has been a god send! I have a busy job and Darren has made a great effort to work around my schedule where possible. Again this has been a part of his commitment to getting the outcomes that we set together. Darren is more than a personal trainer he is a coach, mentor, motivator and friend all rolled into one.
