Boot camps are a fun and action packed way to get fit, lose weight and tone your body all at the same time.  Best of all, you get to meet heaps of amazing people with similar interests along the way.

Our boot camps consist of an exciting blend of activities, all of which are designed to challenge and transform your body.  These activities include:

  • Cardio drills such as hills and stairs
  • Team challenges
  • Body strength exercises
  • Running and Sprints
  • Plyo-metrics
  • Abs and core strengthening

We train you hard, but we never use intimidation tactics in doing so.  Just fantastic trainers and great programs carefully designed for maximum work rate and fast results!

BOOT CAMP SESSION TIMES

6.00am to 6.45am      Mondays, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s

 

5:15pm to 6:00pm      Monday’s

6.15pm to 7.00pm      Tuesday’s and Thursdays

7.15pm to 8.00pm      Monday’s

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

You can choose to take advantage of our Ultimate Training package which includes all of the above Boot Camps and also includes our CrossFit, Caveman Training sessions and Open Warehouse. So that’s as often as you like, whenever you like!
