Personal training is a fantastic way to reach and maintain your personal health and fitness goals, fast! You can train one on one, or with a friend or small group.

Most clients typically train for 2-3 one hour sessions per week, and will receive extra training advice to complete at home.

Breaking Point personal training offers medium to high intensity workouts, dietary advice, rehabilitation and sports specific training.

All clients will undergo a fitness assessment on commencing training. You will then complete and take away a further fitness assessment approximately every six weeks so you can check your improvement as you go.

To keep your body adjusting constantly, Breaking Point Fitness Camp uses outdoor locations such as hills, stairs, beaches and parklands, and this way you will burn far more energy then you would if you only went to the gym. And you get to enjoy great scenery at the same time!

In addition, in order to reach your optimum fitness levels you need to have a diet that compliments your training and lifestyle. For example, building muscle requires a different diet to one for simply wanting to lose weight. And a footballer doing pre season training will require a different diet to someone getting into fitness for the first time.

Breaking Point Fitness Camp and Personal Training will assist you with your diet by providing advice and support tailored to your specific goals.
