Indoor Training Options Now Available

Breaking Point Fitness is now offering clients the chance to train indoors at two handy locations.

Why Train Indoors? This is an option you may want to consider leading into the summer months if you can't train early mornings or evenings. Alternatively, you may want to add the occasional indoor session in to mix up your routine and keep your body guessing.

Mango Hill Village Studio - This is a well fitted studio built behind a residential home. It is insulated with ceiling fans, has good lighting and will soon have a shower and toilet installed also. This is the best type of studio training environment. Due to our exclusivity with this facility, the ONLY person in the studio with the trainer is you! You will never have to wait to use the machines or equipment, and you have complete privacy, meaning a better workout for you every time! It's not a 'disco' studio filled with flashing lights and loud music, just good hard, rough, tough equipment designed to make you work your butt off and get results fast!

Performance Training Centre Clontarf - Situated in the Clontarf industrial estate, this modern martial arts and fitness centre is the perfect training location. Fitted with weights and gym equipment, boxing bags, floor to ceiling balls, kick shields, soft floor matting, and with the comfort of several huge industrial fans, you are garunteed an awesome training session here. Due to Breaking Point having exclusive use of this facility to train clients, you will never have to share your space with another customer! This means no waiting and no distractions. Just focus, hard work and results!

Personal Training sessions at the Mango Hill Village Studio or The Performance Training Centre Clontarf will incure a small loading fee on top of our regular outdoor personal training prices. Simply add a further 10% to our prices to train at the Mango Hill Village Studio, or add 20% to our prices to train at the Performance Training Centre Clontarf.

Reach your personal fitness goals, fast!

Personal training is a fantastic way to reach and maintain your personal health and fitness goals, fast! You can train one on one, or with a friend.

Most clients typically train for 2-3 one hour sessions per week, and will receive extra training advice to complete at home.

Breaking Point personal training offers medium to high intensity workouts, dietary advice, rehabilitation and sports specific training.

All clients will undergo a fitness assessment on commencing training. You will then complete and take away a further fitness assessment approximately every six weeks so you can check your improvement as you go.

To keep your body adjusting constantly, Breaking Point Fitness Camp uses outdoor locations such as hills, stairs, beaches and parklands, and this way you will burn far more energy then you would if you only went to the gym. And you get to enjoy great scenery at the same time!

In addition, in order to reach your optimum fitness levels you need to have a diet that compliments your training and lifestyle. For example, building muscle requires a different diet to one for simply wanting to lose weight. And a footballer doing pre season training will require a different diet to someone getting into fitness for the first time.

Breaking Point Fitness Camp and Personal Training will assist you with your diet by providing advice and support tailored to your specific goals.
