Ben Atkins | CrossFit SPEED

My name is Ben, a lot of you may know me having been around the gym for the past three years.

For those of you who don't, my background comes from 8 years of club and some representative-level rugby, as well as touch teams.  I was introduced to CrossFit by a then rugby coach, as a supplement style of fitness training in the off-season.

I've grown to become a fan of all facets of CrossFit; whether it be training, coaching, competing and anything in between.  I have a love for the finer details of CrossFit, technique, styles and the why behind what we do, how it affects you and your fitness.

In the past three years I have had ups and downs with training and competing, found what works and what doesn't.

I'm excited to be in an environment with you all that I can help you grow as athletes and help push you to achieve everything you could possibly want to achieve within your training.
