By joining one of our fantastic fitness programs you have made the first step to a happier, healthier you! Now make sure you fast track and maintain your results with one of Brooke's tailor made diets specifically for your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.

Session Type Description Price
Start Up Package
  • Initial consultation: You will be asked many questions about your current eating patterns, your personal goals, and your lifestyle so that Brooke can develop a diet, or adjust your diet to suit you better.
  • Receive your Personal Diet Plan or Dietary Advice: You will receive a detailed 7 day eating pattern specifically designed to fast track your goals. Or, if you prefer, Brooke can work with your current eating patterns and recommend areas of improvement.
  • Follow up consultation: A further consultation 2 weeks later to make sure everything is working well for you, and any necessary adjustments can be made.
Breaking Point Members: $100

Non-Members: $135
Follow Up Consultation Follow up consultations are a great opportunity to fine tune your Personal Diet Plan and find extra motivation.

Some examples of when a follow up consultation may be needed include:
  • Setting new goals as you reach your current ones
  • If aspects of your life have changed
  • If you are looking for ongoing support and motivation as you work towards achieving your goals.

About Dietitians

Who are Accredited Practising Dietitians?

Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) are recognised professionals with the qualifications and skills to provide expert nutrition and dietary advice.

APDs have sound university qualifications accredited by the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA), undertake ongoing professional education and comply with the Association's guidelines for best practice.They are committed to the Association's Code of Professional Conduct, Statement of Ethical Practice and to providing quality service.

APDs are qualified to advise individuals, groups and industry on nutrition-related matters. They also have the clinical training to modify diets and to treat conditions such as obesity, diabetes, cancer, gastrointestinal disorders, food allergies and intolerances.

How can you benefit from working with an APD?

APDs provide a range of nutrition and dietetic services to assist health, food and education professionals in their work. These include:

  • Assessing people's nutritional needs
  • Developing personalised eating plans and nutrition guidelines
  • Providing nutrition counselling and support
  • Providing information on healthy eating, shopping for food, eating out and preparing food at home
  • Undertaking nutrition and food research
  • Training health care professionals
  • Developing nutrition communications, programs and policies
  • Providing consultancy services to corporate organisations, food manufacturers, schools and health care facilities.

Hi, my name is Brooke. I am an accredited practicing dietitian, and am very happy to be part of the Breaking Point Fitness team!

I am a mother of 3 young children (the youngest of which are 1 year old twins), and am therefore very familiar with the challenge of fitting everything in to a busy lifestyle.

I have many proven ideas to help you achieve and maintain your weight goal, including assisting with reading supermarket labels, modifying recipes, making healthy take away and restaurant meal choices, and still fitting in those 'extras' that it is impossible to maintain a eating pattern without.
