NB: 1 follow up consultation must be used per month. Follow ups must be pre-booked. Follow up times are either Monday morning following bootcamp or Wednesday evening prior to boxing on a fortnightly basis. |

Who are Accredited Practising Dietitians?
Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) are recognised professionals with the qualifications and skills to provide expert nutrition and dietary advice.
APDs have sound university qualifications accredited by the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA), undertake ongoing professional education and comply with the Association's guidelines for best practice.They are committed to the Association's Code of Professional Conduct, Statement of Ethical Practice and to providing quality service.
APDs are qualified to advise individuals, groups and industry on nutrition-related matters. They also have the clinical training to modify diets and to treat conditions such as obesity, diabetes, cancer, gastrointestinal disorders, food allergies and intolerances.

About Brooke
Hi, my name is Brooke. I am an accredited practicing dietitian, and am very happy to be part of the Breaking Point Fitness team! I have been working as a dietitian for the past 10 years. After having my twins two years ago, I joined Breaking Point to help with getting back into shape! Shortly after, I began working with the team as their dietitian, and love being part of this motivated and inspirational group (both the trainers and clients).
I am a mother of 3 young children, and am therefore very familiar with the challenge of fitting everything in to a busy lifestyle (including working on your own health and fitness goals).
I have many proven ideas to help you achieve your goal, including educating on correct timing and making better choices by assisting with reading supermarket labels, modifying recipes, making healthy take away and restaurant meal choices, and still fitting in those 'extras' that it is impossible to maintain an eating pattern without.
