Breaking Point has everything you need to lose the weight and lose it fast! Our dedicated team of Personal Trainers, Dietitian and Massage Therapists are hear to support you and guide you through every step and process of your weight loss journeyy.

We are Queensland's leading Personal Trainers (and we have the awards to prove it) and have literally helped hundreds of clients achieve their weight loss goals!

For optimum results we recommend you train 2-3 times per week, predominantly outdoors (as you burn far more calories outdoors) and also continue with basic low intensity exercise at home such as walking or cycling.  Indoor weights training at our studio is fantastic for cross training and 'mixing it up' to keep your body guessing!

You will also need to have a controlled diet that suits your body, your goals and your exercise schedule.  Our Dietitian, Brooke, would love to help you with your diet!
