Gas Mask Training incorporates gas mask training for fitness (similar to altitude training) into the program. Gas mask training helps condition the lungs by creating pulmonary resistance, your diaphragm is strengthened, surface area and elasticity in the alveoli is increased.
Gas mask training will help get your breathing under control and help with lung stamina, it can be used during running, cycling (stationary for beginners) and strength workouts.
If you train with less oxygen you can eventually go on for longer! Gas mask training is great because it regulates how much air you can breath in, making it so that you breath less oxygen, in turn making the air thinner (due to the low oxygen intake it's similar to altitude training).

Prices:
Gas Mask Training sessions are 30 minute sessions. Due to the extreme nature and intensity of the sessions, we will not run Gas Mask sessions for any longer than this. Do not worry though, 30 minutes of Gas mask Training will leave you completely and utterly exhausted!
