North Lakes Kickboxing For Fitness

Location	North Lakes State College Sports Fields, Memorial Drive, North Lakes
Session times	Every Wednesday evening from 6:30-8:00pm
Cost	Kickboxing on it's own - $12 per week direct debit for 13 weeks, or $130 upfront for 13 weeks (saves $26) Alternatively, pay $35 per week direct debit for 13 weeks and have full access to every single Suttons Beach, Stafford and North Lakes boot camp and kickboxing session!

 

Stafford Kickboxing For Fitness

Start Date	Monday 12th April, 2010
Location	Grange Forest park, Stafford
Session times	Every Wednesday evening from 6:30-8:00pm
Cost	Kickboxing on it's own - $12 per week direct debit for 13 weeks, or $130 upfront for 13 weeks (saves $26) Alternatively, pay $35 per week direct debit for 13 weeks and have full access to every single Suttons Beach, Stafford and North Lakes boot camp and kickboxing session!

 

Performance Training Centre Clontarf - Advanced Kickboxing for Fitness
Due to the complexity of the combinations, the advanced equipment used and the heat and intensity of this session, we highly recommend you attend at least 5 of the Wednesday night North Lakes kickboxing for fitness sessions before attending this Saturday session. This way you will have developed basic skills and increased fitness before taking on the advanced class.

Session times	Every Saturday morning from 7-8:30am
Cost	Kickboxing on it's own - $20 per week direct debit for 13 weeks, or $230 upfront for 13 weeks (saves $30) Alternatively, pay $35 per week direct debit for 13 weeks and have full access to every single Suttons Beach and North Lakes boot camp and kickboxing session!

Kickboxing is without doubt one of the most beneficial forms of training you could ever undertake. Catering to all levels of fitness, our kickboxing sessions cover:

Kickboxing is heaps of fun PLUS as a 12 month member you will receive your very own set of gloves to keep!

Our massive 90 minute workouts are held every Wednesday night from 6:30-8:00pm at the North Lakes State College. You can find directions, and everything else you need to know about the North Lakes area at www.northlakes.com.au.

We also hold 90 minute kickboxing workouts every Saturday morning from 7-8:30am at the Performance Training Centre, Clontarf.

Our Kickboxing For Fitness sessions are suitable for men and women aged 12-55 years - no matter what your level of fitness currently is. No previous boxing or kickboxing experience is required, as you will learn everything while you train.

Full access to all of our Kickboxing For Fitness sessions is included in the 3, 6 and 12 month membership deals. Alternatively, you can choose to attend just our kickboxing sessions, by registering at any time for our 13 week kickboxing course.
